Owner/Director
This person owns the specific real estate franchise and is responsible for the operation of the business. Licensee In Charge
Must ensure the overall management of the office results in compliance with all lawful requirements associated with real estate practice.
Sales Manager
Responsible for planning, leading and controlling the sales department in order to achieve forecast sales targets as may be set by management from time to time.
Sales Executive
Responsible for listing and selling residential, commercial and industrial properties in your district in order to achieve your sales targets.
Sales PA/Support
Provides administrative support and assistance to the sales team.
Property Manager
Accountable for the overall management of residential, industrial and commercial properties on behalf of and, to the satisfaction of, the owner and the tenant.
Property Officer
Assist the Property Manager with the management and maintenance of residential, industrial and commercial properties to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant.
Strata Manager
Overall management of strata properties on behalf of and, to the satisfaction of, the owner and the tenant.
Admin Assistant
Mixed responsibilities relating to both general office administration, including receptionist duties and assist in the management of properties on behalf of owners.
Reception
Undertake telephonist duties as well as provide administrative support for our real estate practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect and protect our reputation in the real estate industry.
Accounts Manager/Assistant
Accountable for the overall management of all aspects of accounting within a real estate office.
