Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lower Mountains has achieved a hat-trick, breaking 3 records in the last 3 weeks!
The first record to be broke was in Jordan Springs where they sold a custom-built, 4 bedroom home located at 28 Callistemon Circuit for $1.2m. The office then went on to beat this with the sale of 31 Delany Circuit, located as part of the closed estate ‘The Avenue’, for $1.85m!
The streak continued with the team setting a new record in Claremont Meadows, with an architecturally designed, 6 bedroom home located at 60 Doncaster Avenue, selling for $1.892m.
The three records were achieved by sales agent Steve Wood whose personal approach, combined with his passion and commitment to go the extra mile for his clients, paved the perfect approach to market these properties.
Steve has another record in his sights, recently listing 27 Riverbank Drive Emu Heights which is set to challenge previous sale figures in the suburb.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney praised Steve and the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lower Mountains office on their recent achievements. “Congratulations to Principal Vicky Stickler and sales agent Steve Wood on the recent suburb records achieved. It has been wonderful to see them grow from strength-to-strength since joining the brand in late 2020,” She said.
