Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has expanded to Queensland with the first office in the state opening in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.
The unique lifestyle brand has experienced consistent growth and maintained strong interest from industry professionals since its launch earlier in the year. Flagship offices have been established in strategic locations along the east coast with this newest location to be operated by experienced Principals Danelle Wiseman and Jonathan Pattinson.
Ms Wiseman has lengthy industry experience across multiple product lines including fifteen years selling residential real estate, eight years in property management, and six years in project marketing and off plan sales. Her most recent four years have been as a selling Principal for their own independent agency Deejay Property Group prior to joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate family.

They have an amazing corporate team we can draw from, and we love that they can ‘Be Better’ through accessing the ‘Be Better University’. This focus on training has been a real deal maker for us” said Ms Wiseman.
Fellow Principal Mr Pattinson partnered with Ms Wiseman five years ago as they began selling residential real estate as a team prior to opening their own office. Mr Pattinson was a builder for 20 years and has experience in design, selling and project management at a corporate level. Coupled with Danelle’s real estate experience, this team have incredible strength as top negotiators.
