The training program delivered to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network has received industry recognition with Combined Franchise Services, the name powering the lifestyle brand, being announced as a finalist in the 2022 REB Awards Training and Education Program of the Year category.
These prestigious awards are the benchmark for excellence, recognising the industry’s most distinguished agents and businesses across Australia, highlighting their outstanding achievements, expertise, skill and dedication within the industry.
Andy Reid Head of Training for the network shared how thrilled he was about the announcement.
“I am ecstatic that we are a finalist in the 2022 REB awards. We have released an enormous range of training and education this year that have been geared towards further developing the skills of members within our network. Our aim is to ensure they can adapt to the ever-changing real estate environment and set them on a path towards greater success.” said Mr Reid.
For the past decade the REB awards have acknowledged the exceptional accomplishments of driven and enthusiastic professionals across all facets of the real estate industry and provided a platform for their achievements to be recognised.
REB deputy editor Grace Ormsby said this year’s finalists are leading the way for real estate excellence across Australia and deserve to be recognised for their pursuits over a particularly challenging 12-month period.
“To be named as a finalist places professionals and businesses among an elite group of performers. We cannot wait to celebrate the achievements of all of our finalists and unveil our award winners at our black-tie gala event on 3 March 2022 at Sydney’s The Star,” Ms Ormsby said.
Training and development have always been a core focus at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. In June this year, new monthly training programs were launched which aimed to further develop the skills within the network at all levels and disciplines. The three core subjects of leadership, sales and property management focussed on with a leading expert brought in for each stream.
As well as these insightful programs, a ‘Live Lunch’ series, was also implemented which took the form of live informal with a number of fantastic guests such as Tom Panos and Jet Xavier. This platform gave the networks open access to true leaders in the industry.
In addition, the introduction of the incredibly successful podcast Recharge has provided the network with over 50 episodes of amazing content so that team members and leaders can learn ‘on the go’.
This new training programs and initiatives have complemented the extensive range of resources already available, including interactive online learning platforms.
