With the continued growth of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offices and Aspire agents, the lifestyle real estate brand is excited to announce the appointment of experienced real estate professional Melanie Spencer to its NSW/ACT growth team.
Having worked in real estate her entire career, Melanie has accumulated a diverse and deep knowledge of many facets of the industry, including residential sales, property portfolios and operations management. Previous experience with another national real estate franchise as a systems trainer both nationally and internationally has allowed Melanie to understand the needs of a franchise owner more comprehensively than most.
New principals and agents joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will be able to leverage Ms Spencer’s skill set to understand both the shopfront and mobile agent models and guide them through every step of the onboarding process.
With the strength of a brand that is already a household name, and proven technology and training platforms, Ms Spencer looks forward to both driving further growth across NSW and ACT, and nurturing new members of the BHGRE network to ensure they succeed in their career and business aspirations.

“Being inducted into the Better Homes and Gardens brand and learning the full scope of the real estate offering has been very refreshing because there is so much I am able to offer individuals and businesses looking to take the next step in their real estate journey ” said Ms Spencer.
“The opportunity for me to utilise my experience to continue to expand the network’s footprint is very exciting, and I look forward to adding a personalised service tier to our offering” continued Ms Spencer.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO, Michelle Delaney said “We are thrilled to have someone with Melanie’s depth of experience join our growth team. I’m confident that Melanie will continue the great momentum we’ve already achieved by further expanding our presence in NSW and ACT”.
“With a number of additional offices and mobile agents set to join the network from September 1st, we needed to bring on quality people like Melanie to maintain the high level of service and support we promise to deliver” continued Ms Delaney.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate recently celebrated the opening of its North Adelaide business operated by Emma and Anthony Ward under the Aspire model. It is set to open its doors on the Gold Coast (QLD) in September, and Blue Mountains (NSW) the following month.
