BHGRE appoints a new CEO

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has appointed Michelle Delaney as its new Australian CEO.

Michelle started her extensive Real Estate career in Sydney in 1988 and has a strong background in Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

More recently Michelle was involved in Professional Consulting, focusing on Office and People Management, Financial Analysis, Risk Management and Strategic Planning to mention just some of her skills.

During her career she has had Senior Roles in some of the countries leading real estate companies both at office level and corporate level with one of her roles being head of property management internationally for the group.

“Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience”, said Frank Knez, Executive Director with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate parent company, Combined Services. “Not only has she worked as an agent but has managed multi office networks, developed property management systems and procedures, created platforms to better manage all aspects of a real estate business and implemented these at the highest levels of the real estate industry”.

Michelle will commence with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate this month and will assist with the roll out of the first series of offices over May, June and July.

“When I first heard that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate were opening in Australia, I attended their Brisbane launch and from that moment onward I knew I wanted to be part of this most unique and highly respected brand” said Michelle.
